  • How do I change my shipping address?
    If an address needs to be changed, please notify us within the first 24 hours after placing your order by email at If you fail to mention the error on of the address and the product is shipped back to us you will be responsible for the re-shipment fee.
  • What do I do if a product is out of stock?
    Follow our social media for update on when products are restocking.
  • When will my order ship?
    All orders excluding candles are proccessed and shipped within 3-5 business days not including holidays. If an order is placed during the weekend it will be processed the following Monday. Candle orders will take longer since they are handmade. Candle orders will be proccessed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
